Terms & Conditions of Appointment

To support a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, please note the following terms apply to all sessions with Judi, offered by appointment only.

1. Booking & Deposit

All appointments require a £20 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

This deposit secures your appointment and confirms your commitment.

Remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur the full session fee.

The cancellation policy ensures fairness and respects the time and energy prepared for each individual session.

3. Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened, depending on availability.

Missed appointments (no-shows) are treated as late cancellations and charged in full.

4. Practice Ethos

All sessions are offered with care, confidentiality, and in alignment with my commitment to your wellbeing.
